Emily Clark

Emily graduated with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from La Trobe University and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law.
Emily joined Robert Stary Lawyers in 2014, having worked as Senior Associate to His Honour Chief Judge Rozenes at the County Court since 2013 and Associate to His Honour Judge Dean from 2012. During her time at the Court, Emily gained practical experience in the criminal jurisdiction, including in complex trials, the list court, plea and appeal hearings, breach proceedings and reviews of supervision orders and indefinite sentences.
Prior to commencing her studies, Emily worked as a freelance journalist and in academic development. She has previously been a legal volunteer at Western Suburbs Legal Service and the Mental Health Legal Centre.
