Marco graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Laws in 2017. He also holds a Advance Diploma of Legal Practice Management and a Graduate Diploma from the College of Law of Australia.
Prior to joining the team, Marco worked with St. Vincent De Paul Society, Ozanam House and is currently involved with the Salvation Army.
Marco has worked for the firm in administration for over 10 years before he completed his legal training with Stary Norton Halphen, and commenced as a lawyer with the firm in 2017. As a personal assistant to Principal Robert Stary for a number of years, Marco developed the skills necessary to attend to the needs and concerns of those facing the criminal justice system.
He has a broad interest in confiscation law (exclusion application orders and proceeds of crimes), motor vehicle offences, family violence, children’s matters and social justice issues.
