Tessa Di Paolo

Tessa graduated from Monash University with a Master of Laws (Juris Doctor) in 2016. She also holds a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The College Of Law.
During her studies, Tessa was awarded the County Court Prize for Principals of Criminal Law and Procedure. More recently, she was also named Top Student for her studies in International Refugee Law and Human Rights.
Over the past four years, Tessa has played an active role in the field of Refugee and Asylum Seeker Law. She has worked within the Human Rights Law Program at the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre since 2014.
Tessa completed her Legal Workplace Training at Norton Legal, where she worked primarily in the field of Property Law. She commenced as a Lawyer with Stary Norton Halphen in September 2017.
