Successful Appeal Against a Personal Safety Intervention Order
Brett Barratt successfully appealed a personal safety intervention order in the County Court of Victoria. After a four-day contested hearing in the Magistrates’ Court, an order had been made against our client. The County Court allowed the appeal and set aside the Magistrates’ Court orders, meaning our client was no longer subject to the personal safety intervention order.
