With extensive experience across the Real Estate, Residential Aged Care and Legal sectors, she brings a strong background in financial management, compliance and business operations.

Leesa holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from La Trobe University and has developed expertise in payroll, trust accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management and audit processes. Her diverse industry experience provides her with a broad understanding of business operations and financial governance.

Working closely with the firm's Partners and leadership team, Leesa is committed to maintaining strong financial controls, improving operational processes and supporting strategic decision-making across the practice.
