Accounts Manager

Leesa serves as the firm’s Accounts Manager, bringing a wealth of experience in accounting across various industries, including Real Estate, Residential Aged Care, and the Legal Sector. A graduate with Honours in Bachelor of Commerce from La Trobe University, Leesa began her career as a Residential and Commercial Property Manager before transitioning to a Trust Accounting role within the Real Estate sector. She further advanced her skills in the legal field as an Assistant Finance professional at a prominent Insurance Defence Law Firm.

Leesa quickly established herself as a strong leader within the firm. She credits her success to the dynamic nature of her role, the unwavering support and flexibility provided by the firm's Partners and Management, and the strong relationships she has nurtured with her colleagues over the years. Leesa’s ability to work autonomously and remotely has been instrumental in her sustained job satisfaction and success.
