Lily holds a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in History and Politics & International Studies) from The University of Melbourne and a Juris Doctor from Monash University. She completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice with The College of Law.
Lily is passionate about advocating for the rights of an accused person and ensuring that those charged with a criminal offence have access to dedicated, specialised legal representation.
Before joining Stary Norton Halphen, Lily was an Associate to Her Honour Judge Todd at the County Court of Victoria. Lily has also worked within the Children’s Court of Victoria and has volunteered at various community legal centres.
